We anticipate that our MA (Leadership) will quickly become the premier professional qualification for contemporary church leaders. Dealing with key issues such as mentoring and personal development, organisational growth and management, advanced leadership skills, change management, and other related issues, this programme will function much like an Executive MBA in style and culture, being delivered over 5 short residential seminar sessions a year for two years in an up-market hotel in the city of Sheffield as well as at Mattersey Hall.

Applicants for this programme must have been in a position of leadership in a local church or parachurch organisation for at least two years, and since the candidate’s research and studies will be practically focussed and deal with real-life leadership issues in their home context, we will require active participation from the candidate’s church or organisation in the process (both financially and practically). We are confident that the sending organisation will benefit from the programme just as much as the student they are supporting through it.
