If you are applying to the Graduate School (MA, MTh, PGDip, Research Degrees) …
Please review the guidance notes and then please complete the graduate application form and return it (along with your references and the application fee of £25.00) to the Admissions Office at Mattersey Hall. We need one of your references to be an academic reference, perhaps from one of your undergraduate lecturers, or someone else who has knowledge of your academic ability. We do not ordinarily interview part-time Graduate School candidates, but may invite UK-based full-time applicants in for an informal discussion.
Please note if you are wanting to undertake research towards an MPhil, PhD or DMin you need to discuss your application with the Graduate School before submitting it, so we can consider your qualifications and experience and see if a suitable supervisor is available. We can only offer doctoral supervision in the fields of Biblical Studies, Pentecostal Theology and History, Christian Leadership and Ministry, Missions, and Music and Worship. You will need to attend at least one of our doctoral seminars as part of the application process.
In all cases, although our admissions staff will endeavour to process your application as quickly and efficiently as possible, our courses are in considerable demand, and it is advisable to apply to Mattersey as early as possible before the start of the academic programme you are applying for to avoid disappointment.
The MTh in Practical Theology and MA in Mission will run from 28 August to 10 September in 2008 and for the corresponding dates each year. The MA in Missional Leadership is taught in a number of residential sessions throughout the year.
