Please complete the BTh Application Form (available here) and ask your referees to complete their references and return them to you in a sealed envelope, and return all the papers to the Distance Learning Office at Mattersey Hall, along with the requisite application fee of £25.00. Please be very careful to follow the application instructions very carefully as we will have to return any incomplete applications to you.

If you have completed a course of study either at Mattersey Hall or elsewhere that you would like to transfer into this degree programme, please complete the Credit Transfer Form (available here) and enclose it with your application (guidance notes available here). Please note there is a Credit Transfer charge of £20.00 per module, though Mattersey Hall covers this fee itself for its own graduates. Please note Credit Transfer applications by their very nature are complex and may take more than 28 days to process. This will not delay your general application however.

In all cases, although our admissions staff will endeavour to process your application as quickly and efficiently as possible, our courses are in considerable demand, and you should allow approximately 21 days from our receipt of your application before you can expect to hear from us. Distance Learning registration with the college continues throughout the year but your formal university admission will be in September or January.

This course requires a reasonable level of computer literacy. If you do not have guaranteed regular access to a computer and know how to use word processing and email software, please do not apply.
